Return/Cancellation Policy:

Customers have 10 days after receipt of item to request a return via e-mail at rjl35@sbcglobal.net or send the item back with a postmark showing that it was returned within seven days of receipt of the item.  The item must be returned new, undamaged and without any creases, tears, or other blemishes on the pages, cover and/or spine of books.  The price of the item and any sales tax paid will be returned to the customer for new, undamaged merchandise.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Talespinner Publications, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping charges or damage done by shipping company while enroute.  An order may be canceled up until the point where the order has been electronically processed, which occurs from 1-3 business days after placing the order.  After the order has been processed, it may not be canceled, but the item may be returned according to the policy above.

Shipping Information:

We currently use the U.S Postal Service to ship packages. They set the rate based on weight, rounded up to the nearest pound.  Talespinner Publications, Inc. adds a $3.99 processing and handling fee.  Orders take approximately 1-3 days to process and ship.  The product will most often arrive seven to ten business days after the order has been processed.  Talespinner Publications Inc. is not responsible for the package being late due to forces beyond our control, such as natural disasters or shipping company errors.  Thank you for your business.
